Baptism Cake!
My daughter was baptized this weekend. She specifically requested a blue and white tiered cake... bottom layer was a butter sponge cake with yummy butter cream frosting. Top layer was chocolate sponge cake. I made the frosting a little too thick, so, the swirlies on the cake didn't turn out as perfect as I'd like. I need to get the consistancy right on that. overall. I liked it!

This chocolate cake has a chocolate ganache/fresh strawberries and of course chocolate frosting as the filling. Covered in chocolate fondant! Soooo good!

Tangled Cake!
This cake was a well attempted cake. Still perfecting the cereal treats to build a tower. This tower seemed to shrink as time went on. It started out pretty tall. ( I believe the cereal treats were too soft or something) I still had a fun time preparing this. I also seemed to have a leaning tower going on too. Need to figure that out as well.

Real Soccer Cake!!
This cake had alot of issues, so, im not as happy about it as i would like to be. I made the red fondant too soft, so it wouldnt hold up at all. I was lucky it didnt rip when i put it on the cake. The cake itself is really yummy. I had blue and red layers of white cake. Marshmallow fondant. This was for my fav. son Dallin. His 10th birthday!
